    1/2 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1/8 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. raisins
    1/3 c. crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients well with a spoon; refrigerate. Serves 4 to 6.
