Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen broccoli spears
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli spears for 5 minutes; drain well.
    Return broccoli to pan and chop coarsely.
    Add 1/2 stick butter and 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese (cut into small pieces).
    Cover.
