Chicken Fry Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. chicken thighs (skin removed)
    water
    1 bunch carrots
    2 large potatoes
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    In a large frying pan, heat cooking oil.
    Brown chicken on both sides, then add water to almost cover.
    Simmer, covered, 45 minutes, checking on water; add as needed.
    Add carrots and potatoes; cook until tender.
    Thicken with mushroom soup.
