Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In saucepan over low heat melt chocolate with water, stirring 2 minutes, or until thick.
Remove from heat.
Gradually add syrup and salt.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often.
Add vanilla.
Serve hot or cold on ice cream or cake.
