Four Layer Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. instant pudding
    3 c. milk
    Cool Whip
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Mix first 3 ingredients.
    Spread in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes and cool.
