Hot Chocolate Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 qt. box Carnation powdered dry milk
6 oz. jar dry powdered coffee creamer (Carnation Coffee-mate)
1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 lb. Hershey's instant chocolate or Nestle Quick chocolate

Preparation

Stir all ingredients thoroughly and store in a large container.
To make a cup of hot chocolate, use 1/3 cup mixture to 1 cup hot water.
Top with a small scoop of ice cream or a spoonful of Cool Whip.
