Chimichangas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    8 oz. Longhorn cheese
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 small can green chilies
    salt, pepper and oregano to taste
    8 oz. Jack-Mozzarella cheese
    10 flour tortillas
    1 can taco sauced
    oleo for top
Preparation
    Cook ground beef; season with salt, pepper and oregano.
    Place large spoonful of ground beef in flour tortillas.
    Sprinkle with grated Jack cheese and roll.
    Place rolled tortillas in baking pan; butter tops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until butter melts and they are very light brown.
    Remove from oven and coat tops with tomato sauce and grated Longhorn cheese.
    Place back into oven and bake until cheese melts.
    Serve with chilies and taco sauce or salsa.
