Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large bag frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. instant rice
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can broccoli and cheese soup
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 medium onion, chopped and sauteed in butter
salt and pepper to taste
8 oz. mild or sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
chopped chicken (optional)
Preparation

Cook broccoli and rice by directions.
Pour into large bowl and add all remaining ingredients except cheese.
Mix thoroughly and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
