Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    12 oz. jar hot salsa
    4 oz. hot jalapeno peppers
    3 cloves garlic
    A.1. steak sauce
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Cut up cheese in small blocks.
    Brown ground beef or turkey with garlic and A.1. and drain.
    Put everything in crock-pot on high.
    Stir frequently.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
    Add more or less peppers to adjust temperature.
