Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. fresh pumpkin puree
1/4 c. milk
1 c. walnuts
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder and spices. Stir into butter mixture alternately with pumpkin, ending with flour.
Stir in milk, walnuts and raisins.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
Cool in pan 30 minutes, then turn out onto a cake rack to finish cooling.
