Lemon-Soy Marinade For Fish Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Whisk together all ingredients.
    Pour over fish steaks (use swordfish, halibut or shark) in a shallow dish and marinate for 1 to 6 hours, covered, in the refrigerator.
    Broil or grill the fish steaks, brushing often with the marinade.
