Breakfast Casserole(Prepare The Night Before.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. turkey sausage
1 pkg. croutons
1 to 2 c. grated cheese
4 c. milk
6 to 8 eggs or 1 container cholesterol free egg product and use less milk
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain on paper towel.
Put sausage in bottom of large baking dish prepared with Pam.
Cover sausage with croutons.
Blend milk, eggs, salt and pepper.
Pour in dish.
Top with cheese.
Let set in refrigerator overnight, then bake for 30 to 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
