Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. flour
1 egg
2/3 c. milk (or tomato sauce)
1 to 2 chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Form into balls.
Brown in hot oil; drain off most fat.
Prepare 2 cups gravy using 3 cups water; pour over meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
Makes about 50 meatballs.
