Cream Of Carrot Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. raw chunk carrots
2 chunked scallions
3 sprigs parsley
pepper to taste
Preparation

In food processor fitted with steel blade, blend all ingredients except milk.
Slowly add milk.
Blend 30 seconds. Pour into saucepan; bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
