Apple And Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples (Granny, Golden Delicious or McIntosh)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix everything in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread evenly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Be sure to use a tart green apple, otherwise, it will not have enough liquid.
