Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick grits
    4 c. water
    1 tube garlic cheese
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    salt to taste
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook
    grits
    in water until well done. Remove from heat and add cheese, butter and salt.
    Beat eggs in milk.
    Add milk mixture to
    grits
    mixture,
    after cooling grits first.
    Pour into 2 quart bowl and bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Yield:
    6 to 8 servings.
    Delicious as brunch dish.
