Delicious Easter Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 lb. 10x sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
fresh coconut to taste
Preparation

Cream together margarine and cream cheese.
Add 10x sugar, salt, vanilla and fresh coconut.
Place in refrigerator to chill. Shape into eggs (put in 5 to harden for peanut butter eggs; add 1 1/2 cups peanut butter instead of coconut or peppermint to taste).
