Hot Oyster Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 large onion, chopped fine
    1/2 rib celery, chopped fine
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1 1/2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    4 1/2 doz. oysters (1 1/2 pt.), drained
    1/4 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1/4 loaf French bread
    1 egg
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. green onion tops
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, pepper and garlic in butter.
    Chop oysters and add to mixture.
    Add mustard, red pepper, Worcestershire and lemon juice.
    Toast bread, crumble and add to mixture.
    Beat egg in milk and add to mixture.
    Mix in parsley and green onion tops.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
    Serves 25.
