Turkey Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 Tbsp. horseradish, drained
    1 medium size apple, peeled and shredded
    1/2 small onion, grated
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dried parsley flakes
Preparation
    Preheat broiler.
    In medium bowl, mix ground turkey, horseradish, apple, onion, salt and dried parsley flakes with hands.
    Shape turkey mixture into four 1-inch thick patties. Spray rack in broiling pan and place patties on rack.
    Broil patties 4 minutes.
    Turn patties; broil 6 minutes until cooked through.
