Rice-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 small box Minute rice (makes 2 cups)
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (thawed and drained)
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation

Saute chopped onion and celery in butter or margarine until tender.
Cook Minute rice according to box directions.
Mix together onion, celery, rice, soup, Cheez Whiz, broccoli and almonds.
Pour into casserole; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
