Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. flour
3 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. water
8 c. cooked potatoes
Preparation

Fry bacon; drain. Return 4 tablespoons fat to skillet. Add celery, onion, flour and salt. Cook gently until tender.
Add sugar, vinegar, pepper and water. Bring to boil and pour over potatoes in baking dish. Cover and heat for at least 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 12. Can also be heated in crock-pot.
