Hamburger Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. water
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    12 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve dry yeast in warm water and set aside.
    Bring water and sugar to boil for 5 minutes.
    When cooled to lukewarm, add oil, salt and eggs.
    Stir in yeast mixture.
    Measure 12 cups flour after sifting and add to liquid mixture.
    Set aside by 2 p.m. Knead down at 6 p.m.
    At 10 p.m. shape into buns and put on tins. Leave, uncovered, and bake in morning around 5 to 6 a.m. in a 350\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
