Frozen Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 ribs celery, diced
    1/2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 medium head cabbage
    1/2 green pepper
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, water and sugar several minutes. Cool until completely cool. Shred cabbage. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon salt over it and let set 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Squeeze out juice well. Dice celery and green pepper into cabbage. Add celery seed and mustard seed. Add dressing, package and freeze.
