Broccoli And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. grated cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until clear.
Cook broccoli according to directions; drain.
Mix broccoli with soup and cheese.
Add onion. Stir in rice.
Season and mix well.
Put into greased casserole and top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Casserole can be made ahead and frozen.
