Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
    light cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until creamy.
    Add salt and vanilla and enough cream to bring to spreading consistency.
