Lemon Pepper Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    whole beef tenderloin or whole eye round roast
    Kitchen Bouquet
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    With pastry brush, coat whole tenderloin with Kitchen Bouquet. Coat completely with lemon pepper.
    Bake in very hot oven (425\u00b0) for approximately 1 hour, more or less depending on degree of \"doneness\" desired.
