Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, slightly beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. lean pork, chopped
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, chopped
2 c. fresh or canned bean sprouts
1 c. chopped celery
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Reserve 1 tablespoon of egg.
Mix remaining flour, salt and water with fork until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Knead until smooth.
Wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes.
