Chicken Crescent Almondine Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large fryers, boiled and cut into small pieces
    3 cans water chestnuts, sliced
    3 (4 oz.) cans mushroom stems and pieces
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. diced onion
    1 1/2 c. diced celery, sauteed
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 cans crescent rolls
    1 pkg. slivered almonds
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 sticks melted margarine
Preparation
    Combine first 8 ingredients; top with last 4.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
