Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil (for sauteing)
    1/2 to 1 lb. chicken breast (boneless and skinless), cut into cubes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (4.8 or 6.25 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    2 c. milk
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1 c. fat-free sour cream
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute chicken and onion until chicken is no longer pink and onion is tender.
    Drain.
