Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. brisket
    3 oz. liquid smoke
    salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce
    6 oz. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. or 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Sprinkle each side of brisket with celery, onion and garlic salt.
    Then pour over liquid smoke.
    Place in refrigerator, covered, to marinate overnight.
    When ready to bake, sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover and bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Uncover and add barbecue sauce.
    Continue baking 1 hour. Remove meat from pan and let cool 1 hour.
    Add water to sauce in pan.
