Mama Byrd'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts (ready made)
    3 Granny Smith apples
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Use one pie crust for bottom and one for top.
    Keep top crust frozen until ready to use.
    Peel and core apples; slice into pie shell.
    Sprinkle allspice, sugar and flour over apples. Dot with margarine (use 1/4 stick).
    Cover with top crust.
    Slice holes in top crust, dot with remaining margarine and sprinkle with sugar (1 teaspoon).
    Bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0. Bake 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
