Bishop Whipple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. chopped dates
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until stiff. Add sugar gradually, then mix other ingredients. Mix and beat well. Pour into buttered pan and bake in slow oven at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
