One Alarm Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    6 Tbsp. chili powder
    16 oz. water
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Make a paste of 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch and 1 cup water; add for thickening. Simmer 1 hour.
    To increase the alarm, increase the cayenne.
