Vidalia Onion Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    3 c. thinly sliced Vidalia onions
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 Tbsp. flour
    bacon slices
Preparation
    Cook onions in butter until lightly browned.
    Spoon into pie shell. Add milk and 1 1/4 cups sour cream.
    Blend flour with 1/4 cup sour cream and salt. Combine this with beaten eggs.
    Pour over onion mixture. Bake in oven 30 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until firm in center.
    Garnish with crisp fried bacon.
