Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 small tsp. baking powder
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
dash of salt
1/4 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 c. milk
Preparation

Put all ingredients in mixing bowl; mix on medium speed until well blended.
Pour into an 8 or 9-inch pan.
Bake until brown.
