Easy Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
3 egg yolks
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Put all ingredients in top of double boiler.
Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Cook over boiling water until thickened (2 to 3 minutes).
Serve at once.
The secret is letting it set until it comes to room temperature.
