Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 c. diced apples
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. white sugar
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, apples, raisins and walnuts.
    Add flour gradually to mixture and stir well.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in well-greased and floured Bundt pan.
