Ozark Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 c. rice, cooked
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    2 c. Pepperidge Farms Herb-Seasoned Stuffing Mix
Preparation
    Combine chicken, rice, lemon juice, celery, onion, mayonnaise, eggs, soup, salt and pepper thoroughly and place in a greased casserole dish.
    Mix butter and stuffing mix together and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
