Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/3 c. hot water
1/3 stick butter
1/3 c. canned milk
Preparation

Mix sugar and cocoa in pan.
Flatten out lumps in cocoa.
Add enough hot water to dissolve.
Add butter and canned milk.
Stir and cook over medium heat until thickened.
Pour over hot buttered biscuits.
