Ham And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread
    10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese (medium or sharp)
    2 c. diced ham
    2 Tbsp. dry instant minced onion (or less)
    3 1/2 c. milk
    6 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Trim crusts from bread and cut into 12 donuts.
    Set them aside. Put the scraps in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Layer the next 4 ingredients into casserole dish.
    Arrange the donuts and holes over the top.
    Combine milk, eggs, salt and dry mustard.
    Pour over casserole and let stand 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until set.
    Remove and sprinkle 2 ounces cheese over the top.
    Return to oven to melt the cheese.
