Sunny Citrus Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    3/4 c. canned unsweetened juice (pineapple)
    1 c. boiling water
    8 tsp. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatine over pineapple juice.
    Add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
    Stir in sugar and orange juice. Pour into an 8 or 9-inch square pan and chill until firm.
    Cut into squares and serve.
    Makes 5 or 6 dozen.
