Yeast Leavened Flapjacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. milk, scalded and cooled
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 eggs (at room temperature)
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Add sugar and salt to milk.
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, then add to milk.
    Beat in flour, oil and eggs with a mixer.
    Cover and let rise for 1 hour before using.
    Bake pancakes on hot griddle as usual.
