Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1 stick or more margarine
soy sauce to taste
Parmesan cheese (generous amount)
Preparation

Wash and cut into bite size pieces; slice pieces of margarine (pour over top of potatoes).
Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce over potatoes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
