Garden Club Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can Veg-All, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    20 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except crackers and margarine.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Top with the buttered crackers and return to oven for 15 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
