Souper Supper - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium red potato, diced
1 medium zucchini, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 c. thinly sliced carrots
1 (46 oz.) can vegetable juice
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 tsp. dried oregano
6 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
salt to taste
Preparation
-
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a large saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, 10 to 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
