Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 slices bread, cut off crust and cube
    8 eggs
    2 (1/2 pt.) whipping cream or half and half
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 lb. sausage
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Use a 9 x 13-inch cake pan; butter bottom and sides of pan. Place bread cubes on bottom.
    Top with cheese.
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Spread over cheese.
    Mix eggs, cream and mustard together and pour over mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
