Stir-Fried Orange Beef Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 1/4 lb.) top round steak, trimmed, or chicken breast meat, deboned and cut
    2 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. finely minced ginger root
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 can sliced water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
    2 oranges
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 garlic clove, minced
    4 c. broccoli tops
    4 green onions
Preparation
    With paring knife or zester, remove peel from oranges in thin strips; set aside.
    Section peeled oranges; set aside.
    With sharp knife, cut steak into 2-inch wide strips or chicken into 2-inch squares.
    In shallow dish, combine meat, 2 tablespoons orange juice, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
    Stir to combine; set aside.
