Creamsicle Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. vanilla pound cake, broken up into crumbs
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. Triple Sec orange liqueur
3 eggs
2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sprinkle crumbs evenly in ungreased pan.
Press down lightly. Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and liqueur until smooth.
Stir in eggs and sour cream.
Pour over crumbs.
Bake 35 minutes at 375\u00b0 in 9-inch spring-form pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Serve with fruit on top of whipped cream.
(Use mandarin orange slices on top.)
