Sausage Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked pie shell
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. sausage
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain grease; set aside.
    Layer bottom of pie shell with part of the cheese, part of the sausage, remaining cheese and remaining sausage.
    Beat the eggs and add 3/4 cup milk. Add a little salt and pepper.
    Pour over sausage, then bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Be sure to drain grease off sausage.
