Rhubarb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar (can substitute 12 pkg. Equal sweetener)
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. milk
    2 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
    Place eggs, oil and milk in another bowl and beat together, then add to the dry ingredients.
    Fold in the rhubarb.
    Turn into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spoon topping all over batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
